Each of our signature non-impact class formats is designed to rapidly transform you without body-punishing jumps or pounding. Our Barre classes are designed to involve a high level of core focus, requiring you to fully engage your entire body and mentally focus in on awareness of how you are moving, while enjoying fun music paired with unique choreography. These intelligent exercise formats, commonly referred to as mind-body exercise, will get you serious results.
If you have a wedding, party, charity event, or cruise to go to soon, chances are, there’s going to be a line dance involved and you don’t want to be the wall flower!
Line Dancing class is comprised of country and club or pop dances which are all currently in the public circuit so you know you’re learning something popular and relevant.
Not only will you be confident to join in at your function, but line dancing promotes physical, intellectual and social health and it’s a blast! It’ll improve your coordination, balance and overall physical and mental state. You’ll laugh, be active and engage with other ladies who love to have fun!
The class is 1 hour starting with a warm up. During the remaining time, you’ll learn and perform about 8 line dances, finishing with a cool down and stretch. Tennis shoes or dance shoes should be worn - no boots or bare feet in this class!
So bring your best groove thang and let’s get down for some line dancing jams!
