Hannah is a high school student and a Client Liaison at the front desk. Hannah's lovely personality makes the studio experience pleasant for all of our clients and members.
Brenda joined The Workout Barre Instructor team bringing with her a strong background in dance. Brenda’s education included attending UW Madison for dance. During her career she has been a principal dancer with The Central Wisconsin Students of the Performing Arts and she danced with the Minnesota Ballet. In addition to her personal dance experience, Brenda has taught dance - including ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, ballroom, and line dancing for 35 years. She has taught adult ballet barre and fitness for 22 years, and cheerleading, gymnastics, and tumbling for 10 years. Brenda took the role of musical choreographer for Tomball and CY Woods High School in productions including Grease, Footloose, and Thoroughly Modern Millie, and is currently a varsity cheer judge for area schools including Katy Taylor, Tomball Memorial and Cy Woods. Our clients love Brenda’s authentic Ballet flair!
Michelle is a Client Liaison at the front desk and also manages the accounting and purchasing department for the studio. Michelle is adored by all the staff and clients for her pleasant presence.  
Kim Walker has been in fitness for 35 years. Her many certifications include: AFAA Mat Science I and II , Power House Pilates Reformer I and II, Power house Pilates Small Props (roller Magic circle, stability ball), Power House Mat Pilates 1 and II , Balanced Body Pilates Tower, Exo Chair, Arc and Piyo, and Balletone.
Prior to Kara’s fitness ambitions taking over, she graduated from Sam Houston State University with a double major in Finance and Banking. Kara spent just a few years behind a desk, when she realized the need to refocus and pursue her desire to motivate and support women in the area of health and physical fitness.
 
Kara is an experienced STOTT certified Pilates instructor, with specialty training in posture analysis. She is also certified in Booty Barre, PiYo, and is a Level 1 Nutrition Coach.
 
Kara's sweet spirit creates a warm and encouraging atmosphere for her clients, and her fun personality is both motivating and contagious.  Kara is thrilled to be part of The Workout Barre and we are blessed to have her on our team. She is looking forward to assisting you in achieving your health and fitness goals.
 
With almost 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and a passion for supporting women as they achieve their overall health and fitness goals, Joni Hyde has reached thousands of women through her brand Workouts For Women, Inc. founded in 1997.

Like many of her peers in the fitness industry, Joni sustained chronic injury as a result of years of vigorous high impact workouts. Motivated to find a safer way for her clients, through in-depth training, scrutiny, and research, Joni believes Barre is one of the most safe and effective exercise formats for women.

Joni is thrilled to offer Barre workouts at The Workout Barre in Spring, Texas; a boutique studio exclusively for women.

Lindsey is a high school student and is a Client Liaison at the front desk. She is the Assistant Office Manager responsible for coordinating all marketing and promotions as well as training of the front desk staff. Lindsey always strives to make the studio experience pleasant for all clients and members with her delightful presence.
